Last week a customer who bought a Super MB Star C3 from OBD365 told me that his device used to work fine, but it prompted an error: Internal error: File XWSAPI.EXE not found; application launch is aborted when he started the program one day, as shown below:
Then I chatted with OBD365 technicians about this issue. One of our technicians said the issue was caused because the user just jumped directly to WIS from other function or other ways to check the wiring diagram instead of opening it up from the desktop.
Our technicians offered a solution to the issue: Close this error message. Go to the desktop, run the WIS program on the desktop, and check out the wiring diagram. By doing this way, you will not bring up the error message.
He then followed the tips and had no problem using the Super MB Star device.
